Broken and needs improvement. Seemed to be disconnected from what applicants need to be asked. HR leaves up to Ops leadership instead of traditional companies. blah blah blah blah I was passed along to other people who had no idea what the job title was i applied for. As soon as i was hired my leader was let go. It seems though they have too many growing pains in every division of the company
