I received a call from the recruiter after my application. I passed the screening so went on to meet with the hiring manager. He did most of the talking. He explained his background and the role. We were almost at the time when he asked 1 behavioral question.

Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, panel interview with team, and finally interview with VP. Long process and time consuming. VP was new and only 2 weeks in so the interview was useless. It took the company 3 weeks to get an answer back. Don’t waste people’s time if you know you are going with someone else.
