Interview
In person, simple conversation. The interview was with the owner and it was more conversation based than questions. We discussed my experience. The owner made it clear that it was a fast paced environment with a lot of side work responsibilities.
It was a straight forward job interview. Nothing to big. Do you have experience? Ya da ya da ya da yada. What’s your availability? Do you work well in a team environment?
