Online screening that is very easy and random, then a 30 min introductory interview, followed by a 2.5 hr long technical interview. The total number of interviews were never made clear. The online screening can be completed in about an hour. I heard back after three months on my result and that I'd proceeded to next round. In the introductory interview the interviewer seemed in a rush to proceed to the next technical round.
In the technical round the interviewer was late by 15 mins, their language was very unprofessional and it was clear they were not clear with the basics required to interview for the position. The interview was initially scheduled for 2.5 hours, but the interviewer abruptly ended it at 1.5 hours citing it was lunch time. The interviewer clearly had no regard for the time and effort I put in to prepare for the interview and organizing my day to set aside 2.5 hours. Never heard back since.
