Interview
The interview process itself was fine and handled with reasonable professionalism.
After a Monday interview with the COO, I was told I would be updated on my application by the end of the week. That update came by email at 5:50pm on Friday to say the company would be moving forward with other applicants.
Though I have asked the company for feedback on two occasions, they have failed to respond. After a candidate has spent time applying for a job, preparing for and attending an interview, it's plainly rude to provide no feedback.
I'd recommend that the company take some time to reflect on their recruitment process as it currently falls far below the industry standard.
