Technical evaluation followed by assessment of communication skills and team-work. The interviewers were knowledgeable and encouraging. I learned a lot in the process. Also, the questions asked were directly related to my job, as I later found out.

Interview
I had 3 rounds in total. First two were technical and last one was non-technical. Algorithm based logical problems were asked. I was expected to be able to think of the logic and implement it in any programming language that I'm comfortable with.
