The interview process is not bad. First, I had a pre-screening done, and then I had an actual interview . The interview was short. I was given some case studies and asked how I would go about providing services for the client.

The recruiter/screen called. Be aware that the initial screening is at least 30 minutes long. Asks about past experiences including timelines, why you're looking to leave, asks you to rate proficiency in technology. Everything in extreme detail. At the end of the call she booked me in for a 2nd interview with 2 panel members and asked me to complete a typing test and a candidate form.
