Asked some questions about my experience and previous roles, then asked some questions from a C# handbook gave appropriate answers but a lot of the 'technical questions' were things which no developer talks about or needs day to day and the answers they would have liked were from the textbook word for word so not really a great interview experience. Found it as a very poor style of interview and felt as if the 2 interviewers were competing with each other on who knows more about C# and .Net. They also asked to do a technical test which was to write a method to complete a simple task whilst screen sharing, which is not a good way to vet peoples coding abilities. A better approach would be to provide a more thorough
technical test then ask the candidate to explain there thinking behind it.
