Selection process only required a first introduction call, followed by some take-home questions on some work scenarios. Each step I had to remind the recruiter that my application was pending, as the timelines were always delayed. In the end, I got an offer, accepted it and signed a contract. The day I was supposed to start working no one got in touch with me, the same for the day after that. After contacting my recruiter, it was said to me that I still needed to have a chat with one of the founders to confirm my hiring. I scheduled a call and no one showed up, after a couple hours I was contacted saying that my location (which they knew about all along) did not match the position requirements and I received no further notice even after asking what would happen to the contract I signed. Terrible experience, very unprofessional
