I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OpenTable (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2023
Interview
Phone call with recruiter went well. However the 30 min zoom call was a disaster, the Sr Developer had to push back the meeting 30 mins later. Popped on the zoom waited no one ever showed. They rescheduled for the following day and waited 20 mins into the meeting. Interviewer didn’t show again. Seems like disaster if this is happening during interviews lol
There were 3 stages - initial introduction and discussion of experience - STAR with situational scenarios and challenges and final Case Study with a real life scenario role play where I had to deal with a restaurateur during a real life example scenario
