Opera Philadelphia Operations Associate interview questions

First interview over the phone with basic questions, second interview in the office that was more in depth. The process took 6 weeks which for this type of position is way too long. I received a rejection email two weeks after the in-person interview, and then a SECOND rejection email a month later which felt totally hurtful and unnecessary. They strike me as incredibly disorganized and disconnected when it comes to hiring. I am disappointed that it didn't work out as I still think highly of the artistry of the company.
