Interview
Manager didn't even look at the resume. Did not seem to care what i had to say. Was not worried of my lack of experience and did not ask any normal interview questions. Manager seemed unprepared and in a hurry to leave. I assumed the interview was going badly, but then I was basically hired on the spot.
I came in the office and it was a very welcoming environment. I felt at home and it seemed like a great place to work right off the bat. The interview process wasn’t super formal and didn’t feel like an interview at all, it just seemed like two people getting to know each other!

Interview
I was asked about my home care and infusion experience. I was asked about how often I work at the hospital I currently work at. I shared that my infusion experience was from inpatient experience. It was much like a regular conversation with Ellen. Very comfortable.
