Multiple Individuals during the Interview Process. Each with a set of questions requiring Specific Answers that are either measurable, or detailed with examples. My recommendations would be to keep your answers specific and short. Efficiency is everything to this company. However, they do value a great personalities as well.

Interview
Met with 3 people. Very long and detailed interview process. Interview lasted about 2 hours and staff is very nice and detailed in expectations. Everyone was clear about how complex infusion is. Mentioned during interview that site training takes 1 year to learn. NOT an easy field and not an easy job.
