Interview
Many games from pymetrics. They're all to test speed, memorization, mental math, and quickness in general. Some balloon popping game that can be found online. Other mental math tests like from rank your brain and some burger flipping game that requires speed.

Mental math with fractions, decimals, but they're multiple choice
The interview process starts with a timed online assessment covering probability / statistics knowledge; if the candidate is successful, they will be invited to participate in virtual interviews over Zoom, followed by onsite rounds.

Coin flip and card draw games, place wagers to maximize PnL

- 1st Technical (Trading-adjacent game)
- 2nd Technical (Trading-adjacent game)
- Final round (Behavioural + Technical)
Everyone was always super nice and helpful during the interview, even if I made some calculation mistake.
First step was a bunch of games and math problems; they test reaction speed, dexterity as well as quant stuff.
Second interview was a game using dice, cards etc. and given a specific outcome, you find arbitrage opportunities to make money.
