OA consisted of games, mental maths and probability questions. First round was behavioural, with standard questions such as why Optiver, why trading and questions about your resume. Did not make it past the first round but recruiter was nice
OA -> Behavioural->Cognitive 1 -> Cognitive 2 -> Final Round (1 HR Interview, 1 Technical). Behavioural interview quite standard but trading games played for Cognitive 1 and 2 rely on quick mental calculation of odds and implied probabilities
