Interview
Coding questions then competency interview. Coding questions were standard 10 tests and also complete the sequence. There were also some basic stats questions. Know bayes' rule and basic prob. In interview they asked about leadership experience.

Question 1
Various lateral thinking problems. 100 teams are randomly sorted into a bracket. What is the probability that 2nd best team makes the final.
First stage test on computer: 3 coding questions, 30 rapid probability, 30 next number in pattern, then some strange flash game like things like testing reaction speed. Did not get offer.
Standard OA (very long) followed by small behavioural. Then cognitive which assesses betting sizes and arbitrage and exploitability of bad bets. Next phases include more general pt questions focusing on EV
First stage is behavioural, then 2 technical ones, then the final interview is mixed. They will give you some information on options to read, it is worth learning even more on it, and practicing market making games.
