The interview was nothing special, just a standard process. However, I strongly advise avoiding this company. They assured me they would follow up but never did. It’s one thing not to be obligated to respond, but making false promises reflects a culture of ghosting and disregard for candidates. If they treat applicants this way, I can only imagine how they treat their employees.
