I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Osbornes Law in Aug 2022
Interview
I had applied for two paralegal positions. The first I submitted my CV to the Office Manager and received no response. The second, I submitted my CV to a Partner and had an in-person interview at the office with the Partner I was going to be working for and another solicitor. Majority of the questions I was asked was expected (e.g. surrounding competency) but others was extremely insulting (e.g. did I only obtain a 1st at University as a result of Covid, so 'not an actual 1st'). I then was asked to submit proof of my 1st class degree. I did go on to accept the position despite this, but the interview process was a good indication of the working environment at Osbornes.
