Otownciti interview questions

Interview was a group interview. First red flag was that it was a group format. Second red flag was discussing direct sales and marketing. It's a pyramid scheme. I wasn't informed that it would be a zoom interview. I applied through LinkedIn, was told I would have a call with the interviewer (me assuming this would be a PHONE CALL, not a Zoom meeting) and it was someone else entirely from the job poster. They didn't respond to my request for a job description and instead sent me an interview link without context or explanation. Very unprofessional demeanor, very sales-y from the start. Interview reminders had :) and INTERVIEW REMINDER!!! Felt bad for the other girl in the interview as it seems she really wants the role but it's a total scam. Would not trust this company at all. I logged off the call as soon as she spoke about being an independent contractor and their clients (they like to name drop the ASPCA and other animal rights organizations). How they do not set up events themselves and only market at existing events. How their employees all hang out all the time outside of work (no I am not interested in roller blading or karaoke with you), it was so distasteful.

They contacted me without applying. They insisted on me booking an appointment to talk to HR. The whole thing looked like a scam and I decided not to bother attending.
