Had an initial phone screening interview. The person was friendly and polite but very hard to hear on the phone, it was almost like she whispering in a library so it was quite hard to hear what she was saying. I then got invited for an in person interview where I met with 2 of the development managers. The first red flag was that the salary for the position was less than what was advertised on the job posting. They asked quite a few behavioural questions as well as gave me a bit of their background. The interview was going pretty well, until the end, when I asked them what their favourite thing about working there was. They both fell dead silent.. they then quickly spluttered some generic answer like "being a part of a great team" which was really dissapointing because I could tell they were not being sincere. I then got emailed some homework to complete on excell. I received a call afterward to move on to the next process, but I had already accepted a job offer elsewhere. All in all, it was an okay experience! I still think I would really love to work there in the future, but I think the salary range would definitely have to be posted correctly on the job listing
