Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group interview questions

Had a phone interview and a one-on-one interview. Interview went well, good conversation, easy skills and situation based questions. After the interview, I sent a "thank you" email, with no reply. Two weeks later, sent a follow up email, with no reply. It is very frustrating when you spend your time and energy into preparing and interviewing with a company and they don't respect you enough to send you a quick "no thanks" email.
