Comprehensive and to the point. They ask the right questions to make sure you're a good fit for the job. The interview was thorough and received an offer on the way home. They move very quickly.

Very laid back interview. Basically, it consisted of questions regarding my goals and ambition. The manager was very interested and orchestrated the interview, while the front desk assistant sat, stared, and asked (maybe) 2 questions. I was told I would receive a call the following week, yet I was never given any feedback -- even after I emailed regarding the status of continuing the recruitment process.
