I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Outdoor365 (Cheltenham, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
A very comfortable interview process: I was asked the classic "tell me about yourself" and "have you got much customer service experience?" and then it was just general chit-chat about the company and what it will be like working for them over Christmas. By the end of the interview, they said they would be happy to hire me which I accepted and got a quick tour of the upstairs office area which was nice.
