Interview
Steps: - After submitting the application, you'll get a link to an online coding quiz focused on .NET, SQL and Javascript. - 2-1 with senior dev and product owner, which includes a small live-coding exercise. - 1-1 with company owner. Overall the experience was very relaxed and quick. The quiz and exercises were a bit pedantic, but I appreciate that they do it so we're not wasting each others' time. I did not get an offer, but it didn't take 6 weeks and it was a real "no," not a ghosting which I appreciate.
