Fantastic team and panel - and the process was conducted in a very professional way - the recruitment timings were always communicated and respected. The location isn't super convenient since there are no direct transports to OXFAM House.

Online interview. 2 people. Competency-based. About 30 minutes. It was around 12 questions and was very structured- question and answer. They made notes about answers, which I assume they score.

Store manager and regional manager held the interview. The regional manager asked most of the questions. Generic interview, nothing surprising or unexpected. It was relaxed and had an informal tone to it but was professional none the less.
