The interview was medium difficulty with only one or two difficult questions overall. The panel was lovely and made the interview a pleasant experience. The questions were both technical and behavioural, what one would usually expect.

I sat down and was asked about both behavioural questions and situational questions regarding laboratory practice, afterwards I was taken on a tour of the lab and met some of the staff

Interview
I was interviewed virtually by a panel of 3. A principal scientist and two scientists IV.
The interview was technical. It was clear that the interviewers hadn't gone over my CV, with most of their questions focusing on whether I had skills and experience, which I hadn't include in my CV.
All the interviewers were also wearing masks, due to COVID, however it was very awkward and impersonal being interviewed like that.
