Interview
Straightforward and professional. I applied on-line. I exchanged some early correspondence with the HR Director. I participated in a 90-minute 1-on-1 phone interview with the HR director. After the phone interview, I was scheduled for a group face-to-face interview with 2 other department heads which was also very professional and cordial.

Question 1
I don't recall any unusual questions that I haven't heard before. Most were behavioral in nature like "How do you manage and prioritize different needs from a variety of different business partners?"
