I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
One week after I applied, a received a call from a recruiter but missed it. The call was unscheduled which is why I couldn't answer it. However, I called back not long after and left a voicemail. Waited days for a call-back and did not receive one. I called back once more after a few days but my call was rejected. My resume indicates I already have a job, so I cannot understand why this company wouldn't schedule phone screenings and possibly miss-out on great candidates. I've had better experiences from smaller companies, hence there is no excuse for PNC's inept talent acquisition department.

Interview
Interviewed with both the assistant and branch manager. They were really down to earth and personable. I was called for a second interview with the regional manager. He was genuine and really wants the best people for the job he was straight forward but not intimidating at all.
