The recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview for the following day about a week after I did the initial application online. The position I applied and interviewed for is the virtual (work at home) position. I initially applied for full and part time. The job ID that I did the assessment for was, however, the part time position.
Good news when we got to the day of the interview and I actually spoke with the recruiter, she actually asked me which position I preferred, she laid out the dates of training for both positions, as wells as, hours and start times.... then she let me choose. I, of course, chose full time. After that, she told me more about the role and all the schedule requirements and the times being offered for this coming class are for what she referred to as “the twilight shift”.
After explaining everything that I needed to know about the benefits and role details, I was asked if I wanted to proceed and I do/did! My recruiter said she liked to get all that stuff out of the way because it makes sense before even interviewing just to make sure the right fit goes both ways.
Once we got passed that, it was interview question time. There were only 3 behavioral questions. You know, ‘Tell me about a time when...’ and they were not difficult at all.
Immediately following the interview portion of the call, I was offered the second and last interview phase with the hiring manager. It is scheduled for tomorrow evening and I am very excited and hope this leads to great things and a brand new career.
