It was quite easy. I applied online and within the week I got a call from a recruiter. I had a light interview with them and they told me about the position. From there I had a formal interview with the manager. All basic questions surrounded to assisting customers and teamwork skills.

Question 1
Name a time a customer was not satisfied with a previous experience and what you did to turn it around.
I applied and got a response the next day. They sent me a link for an interview that consisted of STAR questions, personality questions, (i.e. describe your ideal work environment), and multiple choice questions.

Interview
The hireVue portion was easy but the wording was confusing. The interview process is fairly quick, a lot of behavioral questions and scenarios to gage how you would react. After the HireVue portion you play a few games one was a mathematical one just easy addition, multiplication and subtraction, one was a matching game with shapes, and one was this or that choices with weird photos

Interview
Interviewed with the recruiter. She was very professional and also made it comfortable. I felt heard and cared for VS just being another number in the company. Looking forward to my 2nd interview!
