I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group
Interview
I first heard about the summer internship when PNC attended a university industry fair where they sent a couple recruiters. I submitted my resume online and heard back within a few weeks to schedule an on campus interview. After making it through the first round, I was invited out to a superday where I went through three 20-minute interviews, all behavioral with very little technical questions

Hirevue and then two 30 minute final round interviews. Was told I’ll hear back within the next month. Mostly focused on behavioral and not so much technical. PNC is huge in culture so they need to see if they get along with you.

Question 1
Describe a time how you reacted to negative feedback
Mostly behavioral questions with a few simple technicals. First it was an in person interview at my school and then they flew me out for a super day where it was more technical questions with multiple people interviewing.

Interview
Very nice people. First round phone interview, second they invite you to super day in Pittsburgh. Fairly easy interview one technical and the rest behavioral. Ended up calling in for super day because I was abroad and they accommodated. Got a phone call roughly a week later saying they had chosen other candidates. Although I didn't get the job, it was a great learning experience and a good company to interview for.
