I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter... PNC has a lot of branches to fill so if you have the licensing and somewhat relevant experience you can expect a quick call. You will then have to interview with a team manager and the market manager for the Financial Advisors you might be partnering with. Finally you take a trip to meet and greet a branch manager and FA and sometimes the Regional Manager would have a discussion with you.
