I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Rockville, MD) in May 2015
Interview
interview is designed to "feel out" your personality, how personable you are, your customer service skills and confidence. Questions about your past work experience will be asked - and most likely how you solved a problem or overcame an obstacle in your line of work. For the in store branches you may be asked to go out in the aisle with a team member to approach customers as a test to see how confident you are. This can be a make or break factor in the interview process so be ready to approach prospective clients with great customer service & sales etiquette. Other team members of the branch may be involved in the interview to help determine whether you are a good match for the team environment or not.
