Interview
1. Phone screening first for 15 min over Microsoft teams
2. They went over the details of the job and the duties of a CSR
3. They scheduled an interview the next day with the interviewer
4. They interviewer was extremely rude (Made me very skeptical) But it was all behavioral questions
5. Heard back 2 business days later (after emailing for an update)
6. Got a job offer and accepted it
(PS during the interview and screening, they made it very clear that there is no room for flexibility for scheduling. It's all based off customers and business needs. So if you need a flexible job, this isn't it.)

Interview
The hireVue portion was easy but the wording was confusing. The interview process is fairly quick, a lot of behavioral questions and scenarios to gage how you would react. After the HireVue portion you play a few games one was a mathematical one just easy addition, multiplication and subtraction, one was a matching game with shapes, and one was this or that choices with weird photos

Interview
Interviewed with the recruiter. She was very professional and also made it comfortable. I felt heard and cared for VS just being another number in the company. Looking forward to my 2nd interview!
