POSRocket interview questions

I received a call from HR, the questions were irrelevant, (what is your age? where do you live? do you possess a car?) and it was obvious she didn't read my resume, then asked for my current salary, which turned out to be more than what they are offering but she still wanted to meet with me ( I found out that they are offering less in the personal interview) I then went for a personal interview. he asked the very same questions and again it was obvious he didn't read my resume and had no idea about my background. Overall experience is very poor, plus keeping me waiting for 45 mins. without any excuse or apology and they asked me to fill in an application with all the details in my resume and used it for the interview which made it clear they do not filter the resumes they receive
