Interview
The interview process was done at first though HRC recruitment and they were very helpful and phoned for a chat first. Then I got a call from the agency where I could listen to an example call, which I found to be very beneficial as you got an insight to the job. They asked for documents for the right to work in the UK and sent over a little preview of interview questions which you had to video yourself answering.
Then the official interview was set up via a web app.
This was to involve a welcome meeting, and some role play questions as well.
I was kept up to date on everything the whole time.
