PROPER Designer interview questions

There was a 4-step interview process, meeting multiple members of the team on numerous occasions. There was also a task given to me as an interviewee which revolved around designing a new brand book for the company. The entire process felt excessive. Some of the questions were quite intrusive and odd. The brief was quite length compared to other briefs set my companies for candidates.
