I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PSB Insights (Seattle, WA) in May 2015
Interview
I reached out via email to the recruiter in Washington D.C. She followed up quickly and we spoke on the phone the following Friday regarding the position. The phone portion went very well and I was moved on to the Analyst Test portion. I completed the test and submitted accordingly. After following up multiple times with very little response, I was told that I wasn't selected. The recruiter made no mention of whether or not my test was reviewed by any staff members, and I doubt they did. I believe my position was filled before I finished my application. Sadly, I the process was a waste of my time. Judging from other interview responses on Glassdoor, this isn't a rare occurrence.

Interview
Had two rounds of interviews. First was a short Zoom meeting with the HR, who will assign you an exercise to test your skills after the screening. Then you have like a week to complete the test (create a 5-7-slide PowerPoint) and send it back to the HR. If they like your PPT they will arrange a second round interview with you and a few senior staffers at the company. In my case, I was interviewed by four at the same time.
The entire process literally took forever, and I wouldn't recommend at all that you reach out because that simply doesn't work. Be prepared to drag yourself into an at least three-month-long battle starting from the day you receive a phone/Zoom screening request.
That said, the interviewers were all very nice and absolutely pleasant to talk to. Some questions I got asked were much tougher than normal behavioral ones, but that's because they really wanted to dig into your personal and professional experience to learn more about who you are as a person.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-Why are you interested in this role?
-What are your strengths/weaknesses?
-The rest are entirely dependent on your past experiences. If you have volunteer experience, you will be asked of it; if you created your own organization in college/high school, get ready to talk in-depth about that.

Interview
It started with a screening call (20 min) with HR. Then I was asked to do a written assignment (analyze survey data and make a PowerPoint report) that was discussed in a interview with two managers (1 hour interview). The interview was heavily focused on my current job.
I received a decision about two and half weeks after the interview (no offer), and they did not provide any feedback when I asked for it.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Questions were almost all about my current job (how projects are conducted, timelines, project types, etc.).

Interview
I applied at the Bellevue office in Washington. It started with a phone interview and then they send you a sample data set for you to solve and create a powerpoint presentation on it. I heard back pretty fast and impressing high interest in what I did. Went to in person interview and met with three different people asking behavioral questions and asked to give the presentation as it was to a client. They were so thoroughly impressed throughout the interviews. HR associate asked for references and even told them how they were going to hire me. The HR associate i was in contact with kept leading me on until I found out he quit the position. Contacted project managers and interviewers and never heard back. All around very unprofessional and their processes seems incredibly disorganized.
