Standard 1:1 interview process with multiple individuals. There is clear inconsistency in the caliber of people at this organization. I interviewed with some very professional and ethical individuals; however, most were cold, unengaged. egodriven and even outright rude. Clear lack of respect for candidates (wait in lobby for 30 to 40 minutes after interview start time, even after being asked to arrive 15 minutes early). If you are looking for cush job, good salary and benefits without feeling engaged with your co-workers and team, then this could be the right place for you. I suspect the underlying issue with this company is pervasive cultural problems.
Overall, I would say this was one of the worst interview experiences I have had. Best advice for anyone interviewing at this organization - trust your gut. If you get a bad vibe, run.
