I had an online interview for admin executive last month in this company. Unfortunately, the experience was not positive. The interview lasted only 20 minutes and felt rushed throughout. The hiring manager’s demeanor was not welcoming, and there was a noticeable lack of engagement, as they avoided eye contact for the entire session. Repeatedly asking the same questions three times added to the uncomfortable atmosphere and made me feel as though my responses were not being properly considered. Towards the end, the manager seemed eager to conclude the interview quickly. This abrupt ending left no opportunity for me to ask any questions about the role or the company, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and left me with a negative impression of the company’s interview process.
