Overall, the interview process was positive, and I had a pleasant experience speaking with the person in charge of marketing and the representative for the sub-brand. They were approachable, professional, and made the discussion engaging.
However, I was disappointed with the follow-up process from HR. After the interview, I reached out to check on the status of my application but did not receive any response. Unfortunately, this lack of communication felt like being “ghosted,” which made the overall experience less positive.
I understand that outcomes may vary, and I am open to any result. However, timely updates or even a simple closure message would be greatly appreciated. Clear and respectful communication is important in maintaining a positive candidate experience, and I hope this aspect can be improved for future applicants.
