Pretty cool, store manager sets up interview. Pretty laid back interview. Basic questions about yourself and tells you basic idea of what you'll be doing if you work there. Process took about 2 weeks from initial call to first day working.
Interviewer was nice and approachable, asked questions that directly related to the position. Office and workspace were clean and well kept. Employees were also nice and greeted as I entered

Q: What team building qualities do you have that could make the work environment better?
Simple interview with the manager with basic behavioral questions. It was very easy and I got hired right on the spot by the manager so it was a very fast and easy process. Just send in the application and they reach out a couple days later by phone to set up an interview time and date.

Interview
Interview took around 40 minutes with questions relating to customer service and the retail industry. The interviewers were very friendly and answered any questions I had in a timely and professional manner.
