It was smooth. Each stage of interview was about a week apart.
Culture fit > Call with Senior PMs > Call with Head of Product > Assessment > Panel Interview (to present your assessment response to everyone you’ve ever interviewed with).

What would you do if you propose a product idea and it’s not accepted by the leads?

Interview
The interview stages were spelt out, not too many steps though for an experienced hire; however, the initial culture fit interview was a turn-off. After answering all the required questions, I don't know how HR suddenly assumes the position of grading and stating that the years of experience I have is not enough to qualify for a senior role, which was fair enough at the time anyway.
