A one-on-one interview asking about my previous work experience, my working style, and a few scenarios.
Generally very conversational. Because the job requires evening and weekend work, part of the discussion centered around flexibility.
This was followed by a knowledge and editing test.

There was an editing test and there was also a headline writing test. The whole process was probably over an hour. Overall very professional and courteous. Probably one of the best interviews I’ve ever had.
