They outsourced to a company who just did the standard process of a video coding interview asking you to implement an algorithm and assessing how you do it. They probably then feedback to Palantir but the interviewer works for the interviewing company not palantir. Perhaps they provide a recording.

Interview
It was a fairly friendly chat about background, interesting company, a little vague with the process and what they look for exactly, not sure who they are looking for .
Pretty smooth process overall, was kept up to date on the process, phone screen person was nice, only completed phone screen before hiring was paused and next interview was cancelled.

Interview
I had an initial online assessment that included one DSA question, one API implementation question, and one SQL query question. After that, I had a recruiter call, which went very well and felt quite promising overall.
