Recruiter call first, then portfolio presentation with 2 designers next. During the recruiter call, you are asked general questions about your experience and then given an opportunity to ask any other questions you may have. During the 45 minute portfolio presentation, you are asked to present 1/2 projects and leave time for questions at the end

The interview process included a 2-hour design assessment, a quick recruiter call, and a case study interview. The questions were pretty standard overall. In the case study round, most of the conversation focused on how I collaborated with others and specific details from the deck I shared.
