Interview
First I have been in contact with a very nice lady from recruiting to talk about the opportunity. The Interview process have been started with a personal interview with the direct hiring Manager followed by an interview with the Systems Engineering Manager for the DACH Region. After that I have had a technical interview with an experienced Systems Engineer to test the technical skills. The next two interviews with the Sales Director for Germany in german and with the Director Systems Engineering in UK in English rounded up the interview process.

Hr, SEM, RSM, Country Man, panel total 6 rounds. Panel presentation need to present a solution or security product. It is not very difficult but they will test you response
A recruiter or hiring manager conduct a brief phone call to discuss your background and interest in the role. Technical portion + behavorial questions and how you can talk to technical and non-technical audiences. Overall standard procedures and go into it with transparency.

Name a time when you experienced failure and how did you handle it?
It was on zoom. The interview was dirty and sharp and only went for 40min. It was a good way to start the process. It is a multiple interview process's to get thru to be selected
