Palo Alto Networks Associate Systems Engineer - Graduate Program interview questions

The interview process has been going on and off since January 2020, I was reached out to by a recruiter after applying for phone screen, then after a month I was asked to make a 3 minutes video. Due to pandemic, hiring process was halted and I barely had any updates until December 2020. I was told that the program will be taking place in regional offices and was asked to apply again which I was okay with. Never heard back until yesterday with a canned response indicating the role was filled. Totally unprofessional.
