I dont get that why the company need us furnish the family member detail, person informed in emergency and etc. And in these conversation form her tone, I dont think she have valued and treated respect to candidates. So, before working the job the top management is starting no respect you, then you can start imagine after you working at these environment will be how frustation and worsting, maybe their will PUA you, let you self-abasement, voluntary OT. Firstly, I no decide will work at you company or not, and the information about the education, skill, employment background, cert, language, outsides activities, etc. Everything the information should provided I have stated at CV /resume. So, I dont get that why I need to fill in the form and disclose my detail of my family before I accept the job. I think the form ask me to disclose the detail of my family is unreasonable and I also worried is it scammer tried to cheating my detail.
