Good. Directors office is a mess. Lab looks old and needs updating. Questions were fair and was hired on the spot. The interview was pretty short and to the point.

I had already developed a working relationship with the hospital as a contractor for seven years before accepting a long offered position. On multiple occasions I was approached by site director about the possibility of accepting a full time role as an employee, and eventually the role was the right fit for the time.
